Joined the gym yesterday with my dad, we’re going today :-) To motivate me, I put on my bikini and looked in the mirror and I’m really not going to lie, I looked disgusting. So, I’m going to work as hard as I can today :)

eeek, I pulled a muscle in my back doing yoga :( On the plus side, I’ve lost half a stone in 2/3 weeks :)
I just finished another workout, I just feel so good! :)
I honestly feel great, just did a really challenging (well for me as a beginner) workout, ready for the shower and a nice bit of maths revision :)
Get on a meal plan. Get doing weight training....
