Hello, this is my weight loss blog, I'm doing my best to get to my goal and if you really want to, you can too :)

Joined the gym yesterday with my dad, we’re going today :-)

To motivate me, I put on my bikini and looked in the mirror and I’m really not going to lie, I looked disgusting. So, I’m going to work as hard as I can today :)

I’m so flipping happy, the hotel we’re staying in when we all go to Malta has got a gym in it dkfndskldsvf

eeek, I pulled a muscle in my back doing yoga :(

On the plus side, I’ve lost half a stone in 2/3 weeks :)

I just finished another workout, I just feel so good! :)

I honestly feel great, just did a really challenging (well for me as a beginner) workout, ready for the shower and a nice bit of maths revision :)

you’re right, I don’t need to lose weight, but I need to be healthy and fit, losing weight is just something that might come along with it.
